酒店设计不合理，从大堂走到我们订的3号楼要日晒雨淋，大堂单独出来只有一层的真的很少见，还有大梅沙海滨公园人太多了，可能是节假日的原因吧，总体体验不好！

最适合带孩子了，位置超棒。出去步行10分钟就到沙滩。晚上十二点前散场可以尽情的晚。不用担心进来堵车出去堵车了。

风景好美，去的时候，我定的满房了，帮我免费升级了行政海景房，可开心了，风险无限好，房间很大，被子超干，对于在别人住了一晚黏糊糊被子的我来说，真的超级满足，面对着大梅沙海滨公园，窗帘一打开，就是大海，坐在阳台上，海风徐徐，好感谢呀

刮鬍子 下巴弄了傷口，需要創可貼。打電話到客房服務，客房服務給前臺說有，說讓前臺送過來，結果前臺回覆說沒有了。而我等了一會兒，還是沒有止血，就又發給前臺，因為這個時候我衣服洗了沒辦法下樓外出，委託它們去對面超市幫我買禮個創可貼。他們拒絕了說不方便，告訴我可以網絡訂購像訂餐一樣，我微笑著說，謝謝，四星的酒店一星的服務，沒有熱情沒有人情味沒有溫暖的溝通。客戶只是客戶，客戶不是家人。
