虽然住宿不行，但同程的服务绝对一流，在深圳住宿的日期我订错了，预定的酒店由于会议不能提早一天入住了，只能在深圳联系同程的客服，客服工作人员马上和我原来预定的酒店联系，由于提早一天住宿没有房间，客服马上帮我办理了退房退款，就近推荐了这家酒店，虽然住宿条件不怎么样，但客服一切为客户着想的工作态度，深深感动了我，谢谢同程和同程的工作人员，下次出行一定选择同程
