好处，免费停车，便宜，地方位置好。
差处，真的卫生差，设备老旧，卫生差还是差，描述与实际不符合，豪华大床房只有1.5米床，加上厕所不足16平方，空调志高的，老旧。吵闹。热水到了十点多后就没有的了，越来越凉那种！

接待员很热情，房间宽敞干净，超喜欢那个窗户，有暖气耶，离九方近对面就是地铁，酒店位置，很方便，价格也实惠，很满意，下次来深圳再来住这！
