反正很不开心，定位四星级的酒店去到酒店登记拿房卡上楼弄半天没有暖气，去问前台女的说没有暖气整个酒店都没有，我上房间呆着感觉很冷，有点下雨了外面，实在冷不了我就打电话到前台副理，前台副理问我是不是可以加个被子，我说不是因为睡觉了，整个房间冷，最后才说给我换个有暖气的房间，既然有暖气干嘛骗我说没有。早上退房的时候也是弄半天，说去房间查有没有少东西，可能烟灰缸被我不小心弄到床底了，也是找半天，叫我先走押金过几分钟退到微信，鬼信你哦，都能骗我没有暖气的，还敢信你会退？反正超级不爽。要是一个宾馆我什么话都不会说，你这是定位四星级的酒店怎么也是骗客户的，只有一点满意的就是前台副理客客气气的给我换房间，其他差评，差评。差评
