前台混乱，首先这是分了退房柜台和入住柜台的; 标着“退房”的位置排了7、8个人却没服务人员处理退房。两个女孩不排队，走去旁边“入住”的柜台，就马上给她们退了。过了十分钟，一位客服主任终于从外面回来“退房”柜台，告诉我如果“入住”那边不忙也可以退房的，那不知道为什么不忙的“入住”服务人员看到那么多人排队退房，都不主动招呼顾客过去办退房？
