酒店的服务人员和住客都有些精神问题。 在2楼餐厅，我明明要点一个菜，服务人员故意给我换成一个菜，或者不给我上，要么就等很久菜冷了上；不用的人员处理流程还不一样，都是同一家酒店，竟然不能直接挂房帐，还要拿客人的房卡去前台确认，虽然有人员只是説签字就好；不明白大部分人都要把房门打开，这个OpenDoor是要体现怎么个透明度呢？最奇葩的是有次突然钻出来一个住客同乘电梯，跟着电梯的话念，“你好”，“向上走”…..酒店应该想些什么正常的办法帮大家缓解下压力吧。 比如什么欢迎凉茶降降火…

Room size is excellent 25 sqm, all the furniture are well equipped.
One issue is WiFi.
Got to input password every day but hotel WiFi system has no system to input password every day.
Have to find out qq.com and then input WiFi password every day.
Especially cellphone has more trouble.
Another thing is other local guest.
As usually, most local guests are opened their room door widely and loudly talking and smoking in their room.
Whenever walking thru hallway, smoking smell and loud talking from local guest made me very uncomfortable.
Hotel management should pay attention on this matter and ask local guest to close their room door always.

酒店不大气，大堂连个接待客人的沙发都没有。洗刷用品要在办理入住吧枱领取，而且只发一把牙刷。比便捷酒店还不如。房间也没什么东西，压金还需要压300元，比周边几个酒店差多了，如:鸿丰酒店，丽都酒店等等。我是不会再去住这家酒店！

第一次入住芙蓉宾馆，位置是在丽都酒店和阳光酒店的中间，邻近有金光华商场，附近有很多餐厅，很多东西可以食，下次还会再入住????
