不足：①一进房有味道，床边还有下水道味道，想换房，我们就坐在床边换了鞋子，床单有皱褶，但店家说换房要收清洁费，后面又说同价位房间没有了，要不就加钱（入住时我们还能选房，时间挺早，前后不过10分钟，大家懂的），这点让我很不爽。②一早旁边有人施工很吵。③房间没有转换插头，问店家也说都被借走了，在深圳这点准备都没有说不过去。④房间有根钢管，摇了一下不牢固的，要玩的人注意。⑤电视点播的都不能看，只能看电视。
优：浴缸泡澡很不错，位置算不错，地铁站步行约10分钟，走路去万象城15分钟左右，周边吃和便利店也方便。房间类型较多，比较有特色。
