房间是公寓式的套房，房间旧并且里面就是一股烟味，非常难闻。沙发有点残旧，感觉有点脏。房间的配套算蛮齐全的，冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机，消毒柜都有，可是卧房内没有电视机，要坐在客厅那张很恶心的沙发看电视有点难受。交通算是比较便利，附近坐公车计程车都方便，如果是地铁的话就很远了，要走到东门。附近餐馆非常多，旁边就是乐园路海鲜街。至于房间算是正常，性价比高不高就只能说见仁见智！

外面看上去还可以但是进去里面挺一般的和公寓式酒店差距还是挺大的，房间挺陈旧，浴室也比较差，服务说不上来，说是四星级酒店但是连三星级都不到，位置还不错但是价格还是挺贵的性价比也不高。

卫生条件不好.价位比较便宜但是同时服务不到位.而且设施相对来讲也比较陈旧.不过位置不错挺方便出行的.
