    We stayed at this hotel during my wife's birthday. On the day, we returned to our hotel room late time with a little tiresome after finishing day city tour. When we opened refrigerator, we found an amaging birthday gift from the hotel. It's a cute and delicious cake together with warm hand writing message. We'll not forget this birthday gift.

    酒店冷气和雪柜非常不够冻，无法冷藏 房间有好多灯，但灯光偏暗，床头射灯较刺眼 服务人员服务态度良好 位置方便，附近有商场和盒马超市 插头+绿充足及多

    我记得以前叫绿景锦江，那时候还刚开业，酒店各方面都是5星级的设施和服务。十几年后，居然用一条差评来结束。凌晨洗漱完，刚准备就寝，听到像地铁一样轰隆隆的噪音，间隔10秒钟左右无限循环。打电话到前台，跟小哥説我睡眠质量不好，赶紧问下到底是哪里发出的噪音（btw，我入住的是1106房间，大家以后避坑）。小哥五分钟后回电，説是员工电梯发出的声音，已经通知工程部关了。确实，一会儿安静了。睡下后不久，突然被电话铃声又惊醒，接起来没人説话，半梦半醒中把电话线拔了。以为能安心睡到8点，不曾想电梯噪音声从6点又开始了，再打电话去前台，还是半夜的小哥接听的，这次很诚实的告诉我，是因为电梯太老旧的，所以噪音问题没法解决。问题是，我跟你説了我睡眠不好啊，你既然知道噪音改变不了，你倒是给我换个房间呢……接下来跟值班经理交涉，没有解决方案，最后只能找万能的携程平台去沟通，没想到强如携程，也没法拿捏酒店，好吧，那我就把实际情况在平台记录下来，给下一个客人避坑用，好了很晚了，希望今晚能安心入眠！

    前台小颜姐姐帮我升级了房间，房间很舒服很大，地毯很柔软，隔音还可以！可惜生理期来了没用浴缸。 感谢小颜姐姐，下次出差或者旅行还来住！ ps.酒店的圣诞树很好看很有氛围
