先说酒店设施：空调漏水，窗帘不遮光，窗户不隔音（是一点都不隔那种），厕所壁式吹风筒整个拆下来是什么情况。还有，床很硬，被子有一边是绑带的，谁盖谁知道。brbrbr再说酒店服务：空调漏水打电话给前台，安排了一个人过来看，然后没有下文，过了一会儿前台又打电话来问，我说刚才不是有人过来看了吗？她没告诉你什么情况？前台回答我，她现在不在我旁边……看来她确实只是过来看看而已。brbr房间卫生：这个没什么说的，就是那些陈年旧柜看起来就脏脏的，洗不掉吧应该。拖鞋脏还搁脚，其实酒店应该清洗一下拖鞋的，换都不为过。brbr周边环境：靠近马路边，感觉就是车从耳旁开过，不间断不定时让你享受速度的节奏。对面还有个刘老根大舞台，营业到三点，例如十八楼就会因此比十二楼更吵。（这是空调漏水想换房时候前台说的）brbr最后对这个酒店就一句话，不如天桥底。

很方便的酒店，前台服务不是很好，让人觉得不舒服，但房间真大，卫生一般，我觉得毕竟是公共环境，还是要仔细打扫的，其实在外最重视的就是卫生，安全，舒适，当然能有宾至如归的感觉就更好了

酒店离地铁站很近，室内环境不大，但比较卫生，WIFI信号太差，基本没有，就这一点希望酒店尽快解决
