我是2017年1月1晚上在网上订的，订的是豪华大房197元，去到前台欢记时被告知豪华的没有，换了一问普通的，说是价格一样，看我当时没说什么，快准备办理入住手续，当给了证件给服务员的时候服务员又要我给一百押金，我说我我不是在网上给了钱吗？朋服务员说你爱住不住，不住的话你去别的店去住，我当时气得冒烟，办好手续去了二号楼，当我准备睡觉时打开被子，被子好大一块血迹和一根阴毛在在上面，这样的酒店只能给差评
