酒店不错，但是服务太差：前台和礼宾部是分开的，问题是好像完全不同公司，＂这个是礼宾部的，你找礼宾部。＂提前给前台说好退房，结果去吃早饭回来还没有完成查房；停车免费，但是出门之前开好单据了，出口还是需要电话确认，＂让他走吧＂，很不情愿！连欢迎光临、欢迎下次光临等等任何礼貌用语都没有。完全没有五星级酒店该有的服务水平！难道真的是要改名换姓啦？
