这次是帮客户订的三个晚上行政大床房，结果客户只住了两个晚上，因为早上刚刚七点钟酒店就开始装修剧烈的噪音影响了客户休息，客户打电话给酒店前台要求安静结果无人理会此事客户反被责备，所以客户第三个晚上坚决不要住了！因为三个晚上费用是我在线预付的，并且还买了退房保险，经过艺龙的协调酒店退回了最后一个晚上的费用但并没有任何人给客人道歉！！此酒店是深圳龙华的一个老酒店之前服务一直不错并且就在前段时间我安排了另外一位客户入住了四晚，那位客人反应不错，不知为何这次会如此粗暴的服务？？！！而且更让我失望的是艺龙竟然在网上写扣除违约金六百多退回三百多，意思是我违约了！！明明是酒店的问题为何也是责备客人违约？？！！我用艺龙订机票高铁票酒店很多年了一直觉得艺龙很不错，不知道为何这次要将酒店的问题转嫁到消费者身上？！如果没有一个合理的解决我将终生放弃艺龙并告知我所有的朋友也不要用艺龙！！
