艺龙订的，入住前确定过房型，说可以留房到订单时最晚预留时间。好吧，赶吧，赶吧，在最晚预留时间之前赶到，说预留房型房间的空调都坏了，都不能入住，无语，空调真会挑着坏。。。说升级房型，在艺龙一查，是比我预定便宜的房型。找艺龙，艺龙服务很差，说宾馆说啥就是啥，你投诉也没用。呵呵，和以前的服务真是天壤之别。现在艺龙用的很少，很多宾馆和实际不符，这也是不用的原因。总觉订了艺龙就要被他牵着鼻子走。
说一下宾馆，前台服务一般，酒店设施比较老，中规中矩，没啥特色。。。

2. 贴了"禁止吸烟"就是摆设吧，不止电梯口、无烟房里也准备了烟灰缸
