酒店就是一垃圾、坑爹、一个小时前订的房子、预定成功也扣款、到酒店说没房子了、也不知道提前告知到客户，酒店经理说没有留号码，***，哪个人在平台上订房的不留了电话的！后面妥协加价住了一个套房、价格说是493，咱接受！可是我前面明明订的就是388的房子、有扣款通知、有缴费通知，本只需要补差价105，酒店方说只收到338，要补差价155
