设施太陈旧，完全看不出有重新装修过的样子。空调遥控经常失灵。环境还算安静。大澳湾的海滩不让游泳，只能去云海山庄的沙砾滩，这让人失望。早餐品种太少，连煎鸡蛋都没有了。性价比比五年前大大降低了。
