环境好，服务态度好，热情，每次到深圳都住这里，我老婆说只要到深圳必须住海燕大酒店，因为啥呢，因为环境好，服务态度好，进出方便，吃的喝的都好，早餐加几个菜品就更好了

酒店设施较旧，花洒头很旧了，加上天气潮湿，房间有潮味。酒店服务不错，入住会问清楚入住人数，办好手续后会用对讲机通知入住楼层服务员什么房号入住1位先生或1女士，安全措施到位。酒店位置不错，离国贸地铁站很近，附近商场食肆都不少。最后说一下，早餐是中式自助餐，一般。
