位置真的很好，價錢亦不髙，但酒店的管理肯定很差，有部份客房是可被人分銷賣出去的，在酒店門前和大堂內已有人走來問是否要房，相信是把部份房外判賣出，而且登記入住的態度也不好，整体上是中下階端的酒店，郤在頂級“香格里拉”酒店旁邊，就算是想接下住不了“香格里拉”的散客，也不必把自己的酒店檔次做到這麽低，老闆不懂做生意，管理酒店的管不好，可惜

地理位置很好，在罗湖火车站广场抬头就能看见，可惜就是卫生环境太差，没有热水洗澡，马桶也很脏臭，房间墙上发霉，其他还好吧

我在国内到过最差的酒店！设施破烂，窗子在大雨下关不了，整个房间进去已经觉得十分不舒服。连一瓶水，也要偷偷收3块钱。不知所谓！

门口有点气势还不错，还设了免费停车场，跟房间完全格格不入，房间很残旧，卫生又不怎么好，厕所还有股味，就是那种不通风又潮湿那种，就是除了近口岸和价格便宜和服务还不错，但在深圳罗湖还那么近口岸，估计也就这样了，还有一个就是现在哪住酒店没两瓶免费矿泉水，他这还收三块一支，还是小瓶的
