早餐很一般，然后订的几个房间空调都不制冷。同事们都快冻死了，酒店大堂也是超级冷。前台服务不错，效率也很高

对于这次的入住非常不满！
空调有问题，凌晨4点热醒了，当时床头的控制器显示室温27度，但无法调低温度。
1.联系前台，说工作人员会带遥控器上来调，但是工作人员并没有带遥控器，说床头的控制器调不了就调不了，然后走了。
2，工作人员走后，也没人跟进，再次联系前台，前台工作人员说会联系空调技术部门，但很久都没有工作人员上门。
3，第3次联系前台，前台说该工作人员已下班，只能提供风扇服务，无奈之下，只可妥协。
4，随后前台回电，仓库匙无法拿到，风扇无法提供，只能再联系技术部门人员上门，对此管理十分无语。
5，最后，前台再次回电，说风扇已拿到。可送上来，说是有制冷功能的。
但事实证明，该风扇没有一点点作用，一整晚翻来覆去被热醒。对于这次的入住无法接受，对设备不满，对酒店的管理更加不满！
