服务不错，但前台接待微笑服务。，哈哈，录入信息的前台接待，业务不是很熟悉，可能是新员工.但是服务态度一直也很好，我带着小孩一家三口入住，前台员工建议我选择2米宽大床，三口住会比较宽敞舒服。酒店地理位置超级方便， 前台员工的工作效率很高，我们几间房一起办理入住，很快就办好了，态度也很好，感觉到了酒店的风采！房间好，菜也不错，价格合适！前台服务态度很好，房屋很空敞，空调很凉爽，卫生很干净，交通很方便，入住很满意

酒店应该有些年月了，挂牌的四星，早餐有点太寒酸了，房间的wifi速度发个邮件都费劲，那些晚上要加班发收邮件的别来这里了，酒店服务好像起码的微笑没看到，服务员可能都很忙吧，酒店位置不差，离机场13公里左右。不过不到500的价格在宝安这里选择有限。
应该下次不会再来这个酒店了。

酒店硬件可以，看着豪华大气，五层还可通往流塘公园。但附近修地铁，环境不好，嘈杂无序。服务还有待改善。另外房间没想象的大。
