出门旅游挑选居所最基本要求：舒适、安全，但上岛全海景公寓所有的硬件配置都相当简陋：
1、阳台座椅断裂
2、大门坏的，小门门锁破败难开
3、窗帘破的
4、喷淋只能手持，没有置挂处
5、电热水器水温只有30度
这样的入住条件给我全家人的身心都带来不适感，便不知那些好评是怎么来的？
