前台人员态度极其恶劣甚至出言威胁我朋友不登记的话如果敢上楼会监控，发现了要抓下来赔钱！于是我投诉！说向高层反馈，两个小时居然联系不上前台以上职位的工作人员！！！！顺便提醒，退押金的时候一定不要答应他待会转账这样的鬼话！还有不要弄脏酒店房间毛巾，被子，床单，......因为退押金前台要我先走，直接转我支付宝！结果过了会接了个电话说弄脏了酒店床单要赔钱！问我有没有问题？我说可以有问题吗？他回答说不可以！我想问那你这个电话打的有什么意义？几十年来住的最坑爹的酒店！浪费这么多时间绝对不是我无聊没事干，确实被气坏了！
