订的豪华双间。要求换豪华单价都不行。前台说做不了主。老板知道了会骂她，不能乱换。本来豪华双人房就比豪华单人房贵，但是换尚品房和铂家房补差价又可以。这次就可以做主了，老板不会骂她，由此说明并不是都按选择来办事，而有点刁难顾客，以前一直在这里住，以后不会去了。
