去年第一次入住星铂觉得还ok的环境，交通都挺好卫生也挺干净。后面每次过来沙井都会直接预订这一家。然而感觉自己就是体验了星铂的服务从还行到无力吐槽的变化1.停车场刚开始是不收费的然后变成只能一次出入免费也就是入住期间多次出入，是要收费的。(不知道是不是一天一次吧没连续住过。)2.都是订的豪华单人房偶尔要交押金，偶尔不用交押金是怎么回事?3.下单选择房型酒店信息写明是双早一个人入住偶尔直接给两张早餐券偶尔只给一张早餐券(说一张身份证一张早餐券)那干嘛收双早的钱?就算我一个人用不了两张券，可就是觉得不能理解。 最后想讲一件事今天办理入住的时候有个男客户好像喝了点酒吧(可是并没有做什么失礼出格的事)问前台借把伞(外面在下雨)前台说"外面扫微信"可能那男客户没听清又重复了遍说想借把伞前台就有点不耐烦了，说"我们没有伞自己去外面扫微信"(门口有扫微信借伞?没留意)男客户走开了给我办理入住的前台客服突然来了句"那男的是不是不正常啊"然后给我办理入住的过程也是让人感觉挺不舒服的。 /非常不好的体验以后不会再选择入住星铂了。
