应该是新装修不久，都很新，没有异味，离码头很近，有个码头广场，晚上逛逛非常好，我是带小孩上鱼排钓鱼就近住宿，比码头边上的酒店超值。

酒店4楼提供一个活动空间供团体活动，一整夜巨吵，不知道酒店是怎么管理的。打了4，5次电话给前台，一次次忽悠说马上停。完全不适宜住宿。

卫生条件非常满意，枕头床单，被子都很干净，在海港路码头附近，20米就有公交车站，后面是老城区，基本要买的，什么都有，房间布置如图一样，不嘈的，望海，性价比超高的，大堂，餐厅都是地中海风格，挺新的，早餐有主食，菜，水果，好简单的，但能饱肚子了，网友推荐楼下茶餐厅的奶茶真的好喝！唯一缺点，房间小了一点。
