作前台服务员领班郭诚居然可以在大堂位置与客人大吵大闹，还侮辱客人，“說从未遇到這样的客人"试问作为一个领班如此带领部下是妥妥的？而且交待不清晰，客人问题只答一半一半，真替酒店老板担心，长此下去客人会越来越少。

服務生态度超差，特別是前台一個叫郭诚的女服務生，因為带小孩想更换一大一小的床，她说已經没房，我问为什麼网上有呢？，她说已經关闭了，但后来我又在网上定多一间，居然还可以预定，而且咨詢時完全不顾及客人感受，言語十分强硬，试问這是作为一個前台该有的台风吗？

每次到深圳就会选的酒店，在老街地铁站附近，出入非常方便，去哪里都可以地铁换乘，酒店早餐也很棒，周边吃的也很多，不怕找不到适合自己口味的，老街内还有美食街和美食城，还有一些大商场和超市，酒店边上还有一家买香港米芝莲的奶茶铺，丝袜奶茶和鸡蛋仔值得一吃。
