差评，差评，差评，酒店和同程艺龙大家都在踢皮球，原因:我朋友和本人(共2人)，朋友订了一间双人房(入住要登记这是规定是对的，我和朋友都登记了)，我双订了一间双人房(但不可以入住，酒店工作人员拒绝我登记入住她讲我已经在酒店登记了在朋友那间房了，所以这间房不可以入住了，叫我退了可以了，我之后就答应了)到了第二天，发现订单显示我已经入住了，已收扣钱了(工作人工讲不可以入住这间房)这个问题到底是谁责任，交了两间房费用只可以住一间，什么道理！
