过来几个月才来的评论 到现在还记得前台服务员的态度 刚订5分钟房就去和前台核对 前台说没有收到 那等等咯 结果前台说要不你打电话问问 我怎么打电话 只能在平台问客服 机器客服回复完全不是想要的 前台一直没有打电话问一直催我打电话问 另外一个前台就用那个不好的眼光看着我 还说身份证不是我本人 说哪里哪里不像 搞了差不多半个小时抱歉也没有说 总之服务态度不好 房间设备还是不错
