总体环境很好，推荐入住。但办理入住，前台服务人员未微笑迎接，无主动介绍酒店配套，如设施及用餐地点等，前台服务主动性待加强。70岁以上老人景区免票，我们不知道在前台花钱买时，未提示我们，导致两位老人额外花钱500多元买票。等等这些服务细节待改善。
