不想说什么，702房，进房间发现反锁的锁扣是坏的，女朋友说要换房间，我觉得麻烦就算了
凌晨2:00左右，没错，凌晨，门外有人一直在刷卡，一直拧门把手。把我们吓一跳，打电话总台，总台说720的房卡上写错了写成702，所以跑我们这儿来开门。
第二天早上退房，跟总台早班的说，她就一句话：没事，他们的卡刷不开你们的门

前台的服务态度特差，房间卫生与电梯卫生也差还有异闻，洗澡间特小，只有固定花洒，小孩子洗澡特不好，艺龙订豪华房到酒店给个标准房，问前台回复说他们的豪华房就哪样子，😓
