早上本来想续住，结果前台告诉我不能网上续住要按酒店原价，ok你酒店的规矩我退房换酒店，让开发票，直接跟我说开不了，我说为什么开不了，人家前台直接来了句你钱给的谁找谁开发票，我就搞不懂了，这就是服务人员的说话态度，在服务态度这项可以零星么？

此次来到华侨大厦酒店发现房间已重新装修过，墙壁新换墙纸，旧电视机已换液晶电视，空调已换新的。房间看上去很干净。

離羅湖口岸非常近,沒有瓶裝水,需要自費購買,吃的部份只有樓下一家自助餐廳算人頭,一人20元人民幣,但是用餐是免費吃到飽的餐廳,如果不計較吃的菜色的人是可以考慮並選擇。

从香港回罗湖口岸已近半夜了，订到这家的特价高级双床房，睡个觉还是很划算的。到酒店时，前台查不到预定，让我联系艺龙客服耽搁了一会儿才入住，客房总体还算满意。
