这是我在携程订房以来遭遇最差的服务，我是帮来深圳的家人订的房间。5.1号晚由于大塞车10点才到酒店，到服务台对服务员说：“你好，我订了房间，这是订房人的身份证。”那服务员接了我的身份证，然后我又问：我是携程的老会员了，房间能升级吗？她冷冷的看了我一眼说：你是携程的会员关我们酒店什么事？我说是通过携程订你们酒店怎么就不关你们的事呢？！我又问：那你们能不能升级房间呢？她非常不耐烦的说：我不知道！我当时就生气了，这样的态度怎可能在前台工作？然后就跟她吵了一架，真的是非常窝火的住宿经历。

悲催的住了一夜。浴室花洒是坏的，房间环境是破败的，夜里被蚊子咬出两个红包。打死一个，以为可以睡了，但是不行，还有不知多少蚊子，你一关灯它就来咬。折腾了一夜。服务也很差，前台就一个胖女人，明明就是服务员，架子像领导。办个入住十分钟搞不定。**

无论从工作人员的服务态度、还是房间内的卫生环境，以及酒店地理位置都很好！地处罗湖区紧邻地铁口，3、9线地铁都有，隶属吉林省政府驻深办事处！比较安静！
