亲戚到访，在家附近这家店订了二间房，因其中一个老人拿了香港身份证没带上回乡证，到前台登记时，前台接待生F012的服务员，说香港身份证不能登记入住，我同她说那先登记三个人的证件，等下那个老人的我再补过来登记，她说不行，我说那这老人不上去等我回去拿回乡证再回来带她上去，她说不行，而且一定要老人亲自同她说不上去，但老人又听不懂她说什么，我说住了几十年酒店没试过这样麻烦的，她说她有权不给我登记不给入住，态度十分恶劣，十分囂张，好像一定要求她才能入住似的。因为是带亲戚入住，我不想同她吵，而且我在网上订的已经付款也退不了款，最后只有同她保证只登记三个人上去三个人，那个服务员才给予登记入住。住了全国各地的酒店，第一次碰到这样的服务员，这种人是在帮老板的倒忙。如果都是这样的服务员，相信酒店一下子就倒闭了。
