设施老旧破烂，卫生状况不好，房间一股霉味。有一扇窗户无法关闭，电视无法看。房间对面有两家常租做美容美甲的。这是出差住过最差最差的酒店了，绝对不会再住。房价居然要400左右一天，真是40都嫌贵。

就在福田站附近，打车过去好像14，位置很好，大楼看上去很不错，但是房间一种10年前装修的感觉，给的是棉拖鞋，但是浴室的水容易流到厕所那边去，拖鞋底很容易湿，就不爽，空调够凉，勉勉强强及格，赶高铁的话还是可以睡一下

入住体验挺不错的，隔音好，房间设施完善，楼层虽然比较低，但是窗外环境也挺好，没有早餐，但是周围有吃的地方，可以去尝一尝肠粉，百度一搜就有，只隔了两三百米

交通方便，地铁就在楼下。离莲花山很近，位于深圳的敏华地带。300多的价位，条件真的不错。与金中环700多的相比，就少了一个客厅，非常划算。
