今天是7月二日，此时此刻我真住在通过携程订住的深圳小梅沙听涛酒店公寓，中午12点多入住、服务员态度不错。进去后就发现没有网络
电视没有声音 只有吵杂声、跟服务员沟通后说下午就能修好 ，然后我们就出去游玩，回来后依然没有解决，有一个维修工要进房间说重新拖网线，我都不知道要修多长时间，就没有同意 要求换房间 或者帮我在附近定同等价位的酒店 ，说没有 然后打携程投诉电话，接线员竟然和酒店一个鼻孔出气，我想问你们携程 一个房间里面没有网络没有电视、客人投诉了还说让修理人员进房间修 天下有这样的道理吗 房间设施坏了为什么在携程网站正常可以预定 这不是合伙欺骗客户吗，最后携程竟然叫服务员送两瓶矿泉水过来打招呼，我是不能接受这样的处理结果，我在此重申 要求携程全额退款 ，并郑重向我本人道歉 ，如果得不到合理解决 将从此不在携程订制任何服务 也像身边的人提醒携程的所作所为！

It's a mini apartment inside a big residence. 3 min from the beach. Not easy to find for not speaking chinese people. Clean and comfortable

好评，绝对的好评！！去海边几次了，住的最好的公寓！前台超级好，打电话问了好多问题，其实我自己都烦我自己了，前台服务员还是很耐心的解释，住宿的环境也很好，干净，整洁，坐在阳台外聊聊天看美丽的风景，心情超级靓，不多说，看图就好～～因为预订的时候跟服务员说了我们定了双人房，但是其实有四个人要一起住，

位置就在小梅沙对面，巷子深处的小区里面，小区还有游泳池，比外面的小旅馆高大上很多，离海滩也不远，中间也有吃海鲜的大排档和便利店，房子还挺干净的，很大，定的房间有一室一厅，两个窗，

离海边很近，服务好，很热情！卫生很满意，配套设施很齐全，隔音效果好！楼下停车位很多，不论开车或者乘坐公交都很方便！还有，环境特别好！！！
