在KkMall对面，出酒店大门不到200米就到KK mall，位置没得说。周边吃饭高中低档都有，满足不同人群需要。酒店设施一般，但卫生还行。特别是前台服务人员，办事快捷，并尽可能地帮住客解决问题，值得称赞👍

酒店位置很好，就在大剧院和京基百纳旁边，离地铁站也就300米左右，距深圳书城也很近，附近有很多小食店，出行和吃饭都非常便利，标间的价格比周边酒店便宜50元左右。不足之处是，酒店房间的设施和卫生条件略差，房间里的拖鞋是胶鞋，没有一次性纸拖鞋，刷牙用的杯子是玻璃杯，而且没有用纸包着，没有纸杯。床头柜也没有抽纸。一楼大堂的电梯不用刷房卡，谁都可以用，感觉不安全。第一晚住的房间门口被塞小卡片。
