因为朋友订重了，所以没有入住。看评论硬件还是可以的，但是服务就不行了。打电话去协调退或换时间，非常强硬地拒绝。前台接待普通话也不行，名字都说了几遍才听懂。工作效率很差，当时怕麻烦就在线把押金付了，酒店开始说确认入住后艺龙就把押金退还到原账户，可是两天了钱也没退回来。继续和艺龙沟通，艺龙又说押金是酒店自己的事，让我和他们联系。在线沟通后，钱马上退回来了。这样互相推诿好吗？
