酒店超简洁，因为主要服务对象是到这里拍片的剧组。房间干净、基本设施不错，小住一下还可以。酒店凸显电影风范，挺有意思的。

星美宾馆环境还是不错的，但前台服务态度差*入住时恰逢没有暖气，还没有热水供应，劳顿一天却连热水澡都洗不上，洗漱都是冷水，酒店人员的解释不能让人信服*不是说帮客人想办法，而是说不住就走！朋友原定住两天，实在无法享受这种待遇，第二天一早便返回北京市区了*酒店需要整顿！

房间挺大，也算干净，设施挺新，服务也不错。酒店后面院里环境不错，有很多拍婚纱照的。在怀柔影视基地对面。10.1期间怀柔山沟里农家院都没地了，我们也不想住山里，订上了当天在艺龙上的最后一间标间，门市价好象是380.

环境不错，房间有点小，对面就是影视城，对面的饭店环境也不错，菜品价格适中，关键是交通方便，下京承十分钟的路

酒店位置不错，就是周边缺少超市，环境屋里面有点意味，唯一就是洗手间太差了，洗澡水排不出去！
