订的房型到店之后说没有了，说升级成休闲房，烟味很重，因为我不吸烟所以对烟味很敏感，要求换房。前台说让我补差价住丽枫，半夜两点还要我按门市价补差价。最后是平台工作人员帮忙协调换了房间。反正以后是不会去了
