超级超级不满意，网上图片与实际房相差很大，客服态度差，房间格局不能接受，电视线接触不良，工作人员修电视线都修半天，我们要退房，客服还说我们上楼半个小时不给退，就算要退也要按半天算钱，天底下怎么会有这样的人

从禧住更名为转角后，作为一位老住客，越发觉得服务水准渐渐下降，昨晚预定的一间双标，厕所抽风机是坏的，从桌子的缝隙找出两片未启用的卫生棉，再者，房间里找不到盒装纸巾，厕所找不到毛巾（只有浴巾），叫人欲哭无泪，自个骂娘。真的要改进了，不然回头客都没了。
