入住两天，第一天开房到门店竟然说我没有预定，是一定没有，后来给身份证查询才说有，进入房间，电话坏的，无线网络坏的，空调也是不制冷的，要我走到前台说，前台解释，网络没办法，电话不知道，空调叫人看，看了之后还是没有反应，问我换房不，换房还需要加钱？什么道理，第二天入住前台竟然还要我加多部分押金，为毛第一天不一并收取？第二天终于有相等的房间给我换了，终于有空调了，电话也是好的，唉，第一次住酒店宾馆可以这么差！
