房间整体还是比较整洁，但有头发丝，被子也有黑点，希望能改进。商务型酒店，设备比较简单，设施也是，不提供早餐。周边很方便，靠近滨河大道，有南山地铁站。有免费停车，但位置比较紧张，出入口不好找，就算不免费也只要10快一天，蛮实惠。
