首次入住。说是会展中心，其实远着呢，叫莲花北还差不多。
外景：在一个小区花园附近，旁边有一家首脑理发店，招牌还算好找，在一个T字路口。周围有便利店百果园小吃店，远一点大概300米有一家小超市，再远一点有711。
内景：应该只有2层一整层，20～30间房应该是有的。
交通：距离最近的莲花北地铁站应该有10分钟的正常步速，但有机会碰上共享单车。往地铁站路上有大公交站，意思就是会有多路公交。
服务：前后加电话遇过三个服务员，两女一男，女的比较有服务意识，男的就算了，但总体还算满意。押金貌似是100。
设计：整体偏商务风，以暗色为主，感觉很舒服，虽然有点偏小但不压抑，不算卫生间估计15平吧。1.8米的大床略占空间，但床垫很舒服，软软的但挺有弹性哈哈，窗帘遮光很好，拉上以后跟黑夜一样。浴室和卫生间可以同时使用，坐便舒适度一般。毛巾不是密封的，盥洗池有直接热水，来水快，每日送两瓶冰露还是百岁山。电视也清晰，不记得是不是网络电视。进门处右手方是与卫生间相连的衣柜，但实际上晾晒衣服并方便。空调应该是格力，能制暖。
卫生：总体而言还算可以，10分给8分，没有异味，没有水渍，没有墙面脱落，没有蚊虫。
