位置不是很好找，房间比较潮湿，基本没有专业的客房打扫标准。最令人蛋痛的是这个小区竟然晚上12点后停水，连续两天都是早上洗的澡。世界杯期间电视没有转播权。
优点：交通吃饭逛街看电影方便。
缺点：易耗品品质较差，卫生条件不好，基本没有主动的个性化服务。
