酒店设施齐全冰箱，微波炉，洗衣机等等应有尽有，非常方便，wifi也快，密码锁门，安全放心??。 最重要的就是酒店有个帅哥特别热情，人一来酒店就到楼下接我们和行李，出游有问必答，平常需要什么也是直接送来房间给我们，服务一级棒。 这次来深圳，非常开心，再次感谢酒店的帅哥

太差了，一进门呛鼻的烟味，完全不通风，太闷。写了有早餐，结果并没有早餐，前台说反正没有，爱住不住。酒店名字与实际不符。

我只能说非常垃圾，理由有以下几点
1.房间有蟑螂
2.第二天接近中午1点还没有人来收拾房间，我去催了之后才去的
3.床铺已经坏了，躺上去会嘎吱嘎吱响
4.拖鞋不是一次性的，发黑了
5.所有一切与图片比起来旧了不知道多少
6.不能开票，开票还要自己补10%，还要补到原价，网站上也没有说不能开，态度恶劣，问一下就很叽歪。

家庭式酒店公寓，还没做饭，配套齐全，有冰箱洗衣机厨房天然气热水器风筒，风景也很赞。
楼下就是大型商场，购物特方便，看电影吃饭两不误，不错哦。
