第一次住，以前每次出差都住楼下天鼎宾馆，房间大，干净，主要前台股务很好，想换个环境住到东鑫宾馆，4月20日早上9点半前台小姐服务态度非常差，说话难听，火药味十足，对顾客爱里不里，我经常出差住店，头一次遇到前台股务态度这么差的宾馆，房间有股臭味。门锁也坏了叫人来修，订的房含双早，结果就是前台拿个面包，牛奶，没有餐厅的那种，我正好九点半去还说没了，两份留给工作人员的，感觉早餐是坑人的，不要订含早餐的房。
