地理位置好，附近就是商业街，对面小弄里很多吃的，斜对面还有公园和军垦博物馆，房间打扫很干净，就是设施有的旧了，早餐简陋.

优点 地理位置好，出行方便，环境安静，打扫干净
缺点 设施陈旧，入住这几天，电梯一直在修，早餐狠简陋，隔音差，老有小名片从门缝塞进来
注意 院子里草木多，相应的蚊子多，要提前做好防护
