酒店大楼有足浴、KTV等，房间空调冷风打开竟然是暖风，向酒店前台首次询问时，反映还没开，需要向领导申请（当天室外气温是33~35度左右）;外出回来后询问情况，前台服务员说已经打开冷风了，回去后发现还那样；因为订了两天，前台又刷了我两天的预授权，就有住了一天，第二天室外温度感觉有38度左右，屋里很热，反映前台后，来了两个老头，反映制冷没开，需要向领导反映，前台说自己克服一下吧，坐在屋里浑身大汗，只能打开窗户、敞开大门，龌蹉！酒店所有房型都不提供早餐，附近吃饭的地方很少，也很远。
