酒店地处石家庄市繁华地区，北国商城对面，设施略显陈旧，但良好的酒店接待人员素质极大地弥补了设施上的欠缺，下次啊再到石市还会入住，接待人员都表现出了上乘的服务功底儿！值得称道！

酒店地处石家庄市繁华地区，北国商城对面，设施略显陈旧，但良好的酒店接待人员素质极大地弥补了设施上的欠缺，下次啊再到石市还会入住，其中前厅经理谷岩人虽年轻但服务态度和素质绝对称得上是上乘，非常沉稳老练，不似同龄人那种浮夸，其他的接待人员也都表现出了上乘的服务功底儿！值得称道！

燕春饭店的服务态度相当亲切、温暖。很多北京5星级不及石家庄燕春饭店的态度。装潢有一种老牌饭店古典、高贵的氛围，但绝不傲慢，很优雅。
