新建的酒店，环境，设施都很不错，洗漱用品5星好评，赠送了润肤霜，梳子也是木制的！
但是跟硬件环境比起来，软件服务就差的多了。这个季节有臭虫，观景房间的阳台没有做防虫处理，导致不敢打开阳台门，“环境”只能隔着玻璃“观”。定位是高档型酒店，但是进去房间没有服务员介绍房间设施。前台退房只有3个工作人员，而且工作人员分工不合理，前前后后等了半个小时，查房说我们消费了一瓶加多宝，然后又说房间里的加多宝是免费的，问题我们根本就没喝，也不知道加多宝在哪，再追问说是在小冰箱里，我们就更无语了——由于没有服务员介绍设施，都不知道这个小冰箱藏在哪里。
总而言之，环境和设施的角度来说能达到5星的标准，服务普通快捷酒店水平。

临时决定的来德阳古镇，所以到了景区才网上订的房间，方便实惠。虽然无窗，房间灯光设计却非常棒。最最重要的是卫生间，干净整洁，还有就是非常安静适合休息，八点多朋友给我打电话，还以为不到七点……

酒店硬件设施不错，星级酒店标准。服务仍需提升，浴缸刷的不干净，放满水一摸才发现浴缸壁上都是沙沙的污垢颗粒。自助餐厅早餐中规中矩，但是菜品补给不及时，刚不到8点半牛奶就没有了，而且迟迟没有添加，希望以后改进。房间很大，床也比较舒服，孩子很喜欢。整体来说，得益于山中的环境和酒店后面的德明古镇，值得带上家人体验一下。
